I think my body is getting in better shape. It least that is what it feels like. I am still running just under 10 min avr. I start slow and probably end somewhere around an 8 min mile or faster.
I ran three miles in just under 9 min avr miles. There were so many people on the trail cooking, running a at about 7 min mile pace.
I ran three miles at a sub 9 pace it took a mild push and it felt good.
Ran at an avr of sub 9s I was surprised because I took it easy. I think it was around an 8:45 avr.
My plan is to increase by approximately two miles a week
