I was in Layton and ran 3 miles actually a little more up hill and 3 miles down with a steap 1.5 mile stretch. Quads were a bit sore after the run because of the down hill stretch

I got food poisioning on sunday night but I still ran the 6 miles while in richfield Utah by salina. I felt like I was going to throw up and go to the bathroom during the entire run. When I got back and throughout the rest of the day I realize I was really sick. I threw up and had diarea until late that night. I think that I should take it easy tomorrow and drink lots of liquids. I am dehidrated and my body had a slight fever

Drank some salt water which helped with the hidration process ran these six at a slow pace, about 9 min miles

my stomach was still feeling very weak last night and I was in pain. the only thing that I can really say about last night's run is that I did it and I didn't walk. I ran about 11 min avr miles

Felt good today but I started slow and lagged between mile 3 and 5. I ran the 6 in just over a 9 min mile pace.

I decided not to run. it was 10 or 11 and I was mentally an physically beat. I just went to bed it was a long week and day.

I ran 8 miles at a nine minute mile pace. I the past couple weeks I have been rouding down and dividing into the total time. so 6.5 would be 6 into whatever the total time is. I am going to try and just list the total time from now on and be more exact in how much I run.

62 minutes total that included the time that I had to run in to Will's pit stop and use the restroom. Stomach problems.

65 minutes total that is including the stop that I had to make just a quarter mile from my house. I had to use the restroom. Stomach problems. I think it added 3 minutes or so.

I ran 7 miles in 60 minutes

I will be ready for speed training soon. I just need to buy a watch. However I made some financial goals the I will be accomplishing towards the end of this week and I decided that I would not buy runnning gear until I had accomplished my goal. So this weekend I will buy a watch. So what should I do for speed training? tempo runs on Saturday? 1 7 pace mile and then a 9 min. Alternating back and forth with a 2 mile warm up on the front and back

This week end I would like to run 10 or 13 miles
