traveling all day on a vacation tried to run in the morning but I had too much to do and got to california very late

I didn't run because I got up late and the rest of the day was planned.

I think this is how much I ran. I ran for 75 minustes today on the beach. felt very gluttonous.

got up early and went running on the beach for 44 minutes in one direction and then I turned around.

I think that I ran about 9 miles because I went running for 84 minutes. 45 minutes out and then in pretty fast. I think I strained my right aquilies tendon sometime later in the day. I might have to take it easy this next week?

I just ran 3 at about a 9 min pace. My knees were craving the run. they have gotten achy these last few days I think it is for lack of impact. my my achilies tendon was fine and I didn't feel any pain so I will be running the provo half this saturday. I am looking forward to it. I hope my body is in good enough shape.

I ran for 20 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 2 miles

I ran for 46 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 4.5

I ran for 54 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 5 but it was probably closer to 6 miles

I ran for 56 minutes I might have run more than 6 but I am not sure I will start measuring from now one. It is 1.5 to the provo trail from where we live now. so I can run to the train and basically add only a a mile from what I would have run at that point.
