I think my body is getting in better shape. It least that is what it feels like. I am still running just under 10 min avr. I start slow and probably end somewhere around an 8 min mile or faster.

Maybe time for a time trial. Go to Provo High Track (or some other), and run 12.5 laps as hard as you can after a mile warmup. That is a 5 K. See if you can break 22:00. Either that, or enter a road race 5 K on a certified course.

way to stick with it. Looks like you are getting faster. By the way I sympathize with you there are many times I doo not want to get out there and run. BUT I feel so much better once I am out the re and esppicially after I have ran that I kept my promise to myself..
