I ran for 20 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 2 miles

I ran for 46 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 4.5

I ran for 54 minutes so I am being conservative and putting down 5 but it was probably closer to 6 miles

I ran for 56 minutes I might have run more than 6 but I am not sure I will start measuring from now one. It is 1.5 to the provo trail from where we live now. so I can run to the train and basically add only a a mile from what I would have run at that point.

I ran 6 miles in 49:34 and I felt good. I am going to move it up to 7 miles at a slow pace next week. If I feel any pain or tension while running I will slow down or try to only run 6 if I haven't reached the half way point.
