Went running in the after noon and it felt great. I think i was running sub 9s around 8 min miles toward the end. There were two girls that started running in front of me about the same speed just a little slower when than I was running but about the same speed so I kicked it into high for about the last mile and a quarter so that I would stay ahead.

Went running this morning and took it slow at a 10 minute mile pase. It felt great. I would like to do a 5 mile slow run tomorrow morning.

Went running at 6:20 am this morning. It was hard to get out of bed but felt good to run even though I felt I was going really slow. I ran just under 10 min miles

Went running at about 7 am just under 10 minute miles. Felt good. Also walked to work 1.5 miles. I am going to start recording the walking that I do in the comments.

It was late and I was thinking of skippin but then my wife told me that I would feel better if I ran and she prayed I would have the strength to run in our family prayer. so right afterward at 11 pm I went running.

another day that was early long and spent with family. everyone started watching a movie late and I stepped out at 11:30 pm
