Went running at 6:30 this morning and I had to climb on a wall to jump over some water. I think I might have very very lightly sprang my left ankle. I will take it easy and only run 3 tomorrow probably thought I was planning on running 5.

Hope the ankle is ok. I was out for 8 mouths last year with an ankle injury. It made things difficult, especially trying to get back into shape, but with time and continued quality training my times started to improve and running became more of a joy. Keep up your training and that hard work will pay off sooner than you know it.
