I ran for 12 minutes so I imagine that it was at least a mile.  I am going to start out by trying to run 2 miles from now on 5 days a week.

I ran for 40 minutes slow I am guessing it was around 2.5 minutes I will measure and correct later.

Noticed that you ran with Sasha...great for you! I've run with him once and it was awesome to learn from and be encouraged by such an amazing guy. Happy Running!

Went 4 miles at the following 8'53", 8'07", 7'40" 8'07"

I also did push ups sit up and pull ups crunches and leg lifts at 2.75 miles

From what I have heard about runs with Sasha, saying "easy run with Sasha" seems like an oxymoron.
